We are delighted to accompany you on your journey—because we have been passionate about training for over 25 years. POLEBATICS EDUCATION is a training network. Our teacher training courses are developed in collaboration with experienced trainers and studio owners who actively contribute their respective expertise. These collaborations enable a high level of depth in content, different methodological perspectives, and practical teaching that is geared toward the real demands of everyday teaching. This network is complemented by an organizational team in the background that ensures a structured process, clear communication, and a reliable training environment.

Nele Sehrt

The history of POLEBATICS EDUCATION is closely linked to Nele Sehrt and, as the birthplace of German pole dancing in all its facets, is known throughout Germany for its high level of expertise and passion for this sport. As Germany's first pole trainer and founding mother of the German pole & tease scene, she built up a network of over 20 locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in the early 2000s, laying the foundation for subsequent pole studios and training systems. Many of her innovative training content, methods, and techniques gained international recognition and were permanently integrated into teaching and training concepts. Nele Sehrt is a two-time Guinness World Record holder and worked worldwide for over 15 years as a performer, trainer, and jury member for national and international pole championships before opening the first pole studio in Hamburg and running it successfully for more than ten years. As a state-certified dance teacher, yoga teacher, and personal trainer, she continuously develops and refines her teaching content.

Pole & Tease teacher for over 20 years, studio owner & yoga teacher. Zuzana is a veteran and has been part of the training team for many years. She is precise, detailed and always ready to have fun.

Pole & Tease Teacher (Floor, Twerk, Chair, Lap & Strip) and Flexibility Coach. Sazzy is patient, emphatic and responds individually to the trainees in order to create a maximum feel-good atmosphere.

Dance teacher (state-approved) and Pole & Tease Instructor (Chair, Twerk, Lap). Emmy's focus is on a pleasant, feel-good teaching atmosphere and a health-oriented teaching style.

ISA

Teacher for Pole
Numerously certified pole trainer, yoga teacher and flexibility coach, fitness & personal trainer and owner of several pole studios. Isa is an enthusiastic advocate for beautiful details, transitions and lines.

KIRSTEN

Teacher for Basic Certification & Flexibility
Physiotherapist with numerous further training courses, pole & tease trainer, studio owner and Pilates instructor. Kirsten imparts her extensive specialist knowledge to participants with great attention to detail.

ESTELLA

Teacher for Pole (Int & Adv)
Pole teacher for over 15 years, fitness manager and certified flexibility coach. Estella loves to create new combinations on the pole for the higher levels. Her teaching style is calm and focused.

MAREIKE

Teacher for Kids & Teens
Certified in dance pedagogy, hip hop and creative children's dance as well as pole, tease and aerial trainer. Mareike has been teaching courses for children and young people for many years and is the owner of several pole studios.

KRISTINA

Teacher for Pole
Pole & Tease Trainer (Chair, Heels & Lap) and Flexibility Coach. Kristina loves to choreograph and accompanies the participants in her classes with her detailed knowledge and her whole heart.

ANNE

Teacher for Hammock
Pole trainer, yoga teacher & studio owner. Anne has a flair for the body, for movement and loves coming up with new trick combinations. She is falling in love with the hoop, the hammock and yoga.

We are the ones who work behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly—from answering your questions by email to organizing teacher training courses, manuals, and certificates, as well as our Instagram account. Nele is not only the owner and training manager, but also a hard-working lecturer.

Head Teacher (Pole, Tease, Aerial) & Owner
Dance teacher (state-certified), yoga instructor, fitness & personal trainer (including The Biggest Loser, season 1) with numerous further training courses, including in flexibility & mobility. Nele impresses with her precision and humor.

Front Office
Claudia has been with us since the beginning, and we appreciate her calm clarity and loving nature as a colleague. She takes care of organizing the training courses and direct email correspondence with you.

AYHAN

Back Office
Ayhan is responsible for many behind-the-scenes tasks, including manuals, certificates, invoicing and dunning, as well as photography. He has been with us for many years and reliably ensures that everything runs smoothly.
