Quality for 25 years: Static & spinning, tricks & choreography
The POLEBATICS training system includes a 4-day theoretical basic training and 3-day practical seminars for the levels Beginner (Level 1-3), Intermediate (Level 4-6) & Advanced (Level 7-9). This methodical teaching concept is based on the 25 years of pole experience of Nele Sehrt (pole icon & grandma of the German pole scene, state-certified dance teacher, personal trainer & yoga teacher) and includes all important aspects from the fields of dance education, yoga & fitness.
The German pole legend Nele Sehrt founded the German pole scene through her numerous TV and press appearances and as the first female pole trainer in the early 2000s. In 2007, she brought the Guinness World Record in "Inverted Pole Climbing" to Germany in front of an audience of millions, traveled to international events as a pole artist (including the opening of the East Asian Olympic Games in Hong Kong in 2009) and is in demand as a judge for national and international pole championships (including Pole Theatre Germany 2018).
Many studios in Germany, Austria and Switzerland teach according to her comprehensive concept, which she has been educating for 25 years and always brings up to date with the latest scientific developments. Nele Sehrt's well-founded training courses offer an ideal springboard into a health-oriented coaching career, for a successful studio of your own or for a career as a performer. Learn how to reduce injuries and late effects to a minimum, how to analyze music and tricks and how to set up and teach choreographies.

Pole Flow Teacher (BEGINNER OR INTERMEDIATE) 2 Days, 500 €
Are you interested in smooth, flowing and harmonious movements? This advanced course is the ideal way to deepen your pole instructor training. After you have learned the technique, the break down and the spotting of the individual tricks, the individual elements are linked together here to create elegant transitions and flowing trick combinations for advanced beginners (levels 2 & 3) and intermediates (levels 5 & 6). In addition to new and varied trick variations, you will learn ready-made flow patterns around and on the pole that you can use directly in your lessons. As the trick remains the same in combos & flows, but the respective entry and exit into the various figures changes, the focus of this advanced training course is on the following questions: How can trick combinations be designed so that the movements flow and the tricks merge elegantly into one another? What level changes are there from the floor to the pole and from the pole? How can I create dance combos for my classes with smooth transitions and clean angles - without an in-depth understanding of music?
EDUCATION CONTENT: Structure and teaching of the "Pole Combos" and "Pole Flow" lesson plans, focus on classic connecting elements for beginners and intermediates, adaptation of the respective tricks, direct and indirect transitions and changes of level

It's fascinating how beautiful figures, spins and tricks can look if you pay attention to the lines. I'm amazed at how beautifully you can combine them. I wish I had learned like this when I was a beginner. |
Compact knowledge in three days. The different styles were explained really well and it showed what is possible at the different levels. It was simply great fun. The group dynamic was so great. |
I know that constructive criticism also includes making suggestions for improvement, but I really don't know how to do it any better. I've learned so much for myself too! Thank you so much. |
